Meet Penny

I know asking for help can be tough.  But the truth is, we all have times when we can benefit from objective and professional guidance.  Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges or struggling with a long-term problem, I can help you make positive change and live your best life.  I’m glad you’re here.

Are you feeling alone, sad, disconnected?  Do you just need someone to talk to?  You may feel like friends or family don’t understand, or maybe you’re afraid to tell anyone that your life isn’t as “perfect” as it seems.  You don’t have to feel so alone.  I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and older teens on a wide variety of issues,  and provide eclectic and solution based therapy options to assist my clients in achieving the goals they desire in their lives and relationships.

“Life is too short to wake up with regrets.  So love the people who treat you right.  Forget about the one’s who don’t.  Believe everything happens for a reason.  If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.  If it changes your life, let it.  Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.”

I have 20 years experience as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor.  My most important goal  is to provide expert and professional counseling  with compassion and without judgement.  I welcome your phone call or email.  Without obligation, we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have.  You can start feeling better now–I look forward to hearing from you!

Family Stepping Stones is my private practice, and I strive to offer a professional and comfortable environment.  I have appointment times available from 8:30 am to 7 pm; Monday thru Friday.  Some Saturday appointments are also available.  New clients are often seen within 24-48 hours of their initial call.
